Hispanic heritage.
American values.
Conservative leadership.

For generations, Hispanic Americans have helped build this nation through faith, family, hard work, entrepreneurship and service. The RNHA is building the next generation of conservative Hispanic leadership.

One movement.
Across America.

The RNHA organizes through chartered state chapters across four national regions. Chapters recruit candidates, register voters, train officers and carry the conservative message into Hispanic communities in their own states.

Building the next generation of conservative Hispanic leadership.

The mission of the RNHA is to increase Hispanic-American participation in electoral politics at all levels, as well as to boost Hispanic-American membership in the Republican Party. The RNHA seeks to promote the philosophy and political ideology of the Party within the Hispanic-American community, and to create and sustain an enduring association of Hispanic-American Republican leaders.

Founded in 1967 by five men who met by word of mouth and stayed after the room emptied, the RNHA was formally chartered by the Republican National Committee in 1974. It remains the only Hispanic Republican organization officially affiliated with the Party.

Nearly six decades later the work is the same and the scale is larger: recruit leaders, organize states, and make certain that Hispanic Americans are full participants in the governing of the country they helped build.
